The condominium amenities include a 400 foot infinity edge pool, on-site restaurant, a 20 seat theatre, ocean front gym & spa, a full service beach bar, juice bar and membership to the "private" Aqua Club and access to a private golf course. Prices range from $775,000 to $1.4 million. I'm wondering how much the monthly HOA dues are and if the H1N1 scare is affecting sales...
